Week 7 blueprint 6557f10ff9

Week 7: bcrypt + JWT auth and admin-only endpoints ... fa3398e5f3

- register() hashes the password with bcrypt and returns a JWT
- login() verifies with passwordEncoder.matches and returns a JWT
- Keep the Part A session-check endpoint for before/after comparison
- Restore GET /api/auth/me, lost when pasting the Part A login code
- @PreAuthorize("hasRole('ADMIN')") on reindex(), stats() and lag()

All 46 tests pass.
