Added RESULT.MD so the lab evidence is easy to find separately from the README. It includes the completed tasks, timings, runtime checks, Q1–Q11, take-home answer, screenshots and filled Week 5 worksheet link.

The README has a clear submission link at the top and keeps the same results. Checked all local links and image paths; no application code changed.
